California CRNA schools has a fantastic CRNA program at the University of Southern California. Their  Program of Nurse Anesthesia provides a rigorous academic study of art and science behind modern day anesthesia as well as the hands on clinical aspect. Students will learn a wide variety of all aspects of anesthesia from pain management, regional , and general anesthetics. Students will get a wide variety of experience at some of the best hospitals in Southern California.

  • 1 year critical care experience as a registered nurse (surgical, medical, neurosurgical, trauma ICU, pediatric or neonatal acceptable

  •  GPA 3.0 or better
  •  GRE score of  300 or better
  • Combination of inorganic, organic and biochemistry coursework (laboratory not required).
    • Physics :laboratory not required
    • Statistics or Nursing Research
    • Anatomy, Physiology, Biology
    • Health Assessment
    • English comprehension
    • Current ACLS, PALS and BCLS certification
    • Conversational Spanish is strongly recommended
